Is It Just a Beautiful Thought of Mine?

I feel like I am always dreaming of having an ideal vibes and relationships around my people, i.e. friends.

I do know it exists, but reality just pushes me back once after once.

I find myself so small in this world with people surrounding me, I can talk to them but sometimes I don’t feel relate to them.

It takes time to tangibly merge into a group, but I don’t seem like I am finding a group whatsoever. I have been so hopelessly trying to find something I can rely on, but everytime I don’t, or I can not depend on it. ...READ MORE

Lifechanger

Great performance I saw last night from my best friend’s theatre debut.

A very delicate show that is made by effort and time. It was about in an asylum 7 men meet together and figuring out how to escape. My friend was acting a reporter as in a main role of the play. I can fully appreciate the great and energetic performance by them.

As his friend knowing him has been practicing for this entire play for at least 3 months, I understand how the show comes out of a price. And certainly indeed, the price payed off. ...READ MORE

Personality and Values

Recently I took a personality test that has been popular for a while—16 Personalities Test. It is based on the MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) 16 Personalities.

I’m initially tested out as ENFJ personality—Extroversion iNtuition Feeling Judgment. But hold the result for a minute, as I was kind of intrigued to learn the personality types.

The MBTI system uses 4 sectors to test out one’s personality: First, it’s either you have more extroversion or introversion; second, it’s either intuition or sensing; third, whether rely more on feeling or thinking; fourth, either using judgment or perception. So four sectors each two standards, naturally come out with 16 outcomes. However, the percentage of each personality is not equal, some are rare and some are common. For example ENFJ is a rare personality type, consists of around 2% in population. ...READ MORE

China’s Education and What Education Should Be Like

Education should focus on making better humans.

Whatever it is, when we let a young man enter society, he should at least possess set of skills/abilities to accomplish what he wishes.

Nowadays education has ultimately changed its nature, it’s schooling, rather education.

I don’t see teachers are teaching skills rather than filling them up with useless tests that don’t prove a damn. The essence of schooling is to make students adapt a certain competitive system, but this system is so different than the real world systems. You don’t need to write tests, you don’t need to memorize textbook points. If you are talking about real system, hierarchies are most common in every industry’s office. Are you going to thrive in that system by finishing your tests? Office politics is a test for your social skills, that doesn’t have to do with anything test-related. ...READ MORE

The “Niche Picking” on Blogging Setup

Basically, on Internet, if you search any of the webpages of how to build a blog and how does it monetize and attract traffic… They are all spinal around either SEO, monetizations, marketing and other stuff. The Niche Picking is one of the preach content, but not being very focused on it.

Here, from a new blogger’s perspective, I do think what your content’s fields matter.

What they say do somehow weigh, “A beaten track niche has fewer competition and more demands.” This can also apply to many other business areas. ...READ MORE

Origin of Ethics, and More – Metaethics, Deism, Reasoning

Recently I have come across an article which lightened my sight, even though, from the original post Discussion on Whether It’s Good or Evil  I have asked about the origins and development of ethics. And in this article Where Does Morality Come From? still couldn’t answer how it develops.

Long before I have this assumption: The society is based on a “profit chain” structure, that people do whatever good or bad is ultimately sourced from thus things that can benefit them, or detriment them. ...READ MORE

Discussion of Whether It’s Good or Evil – Ethics, Morality, Values

Long before I have questioned these:

  • How do we define good or evil?
  • What is it that it takes for the public/somebody to do something good, or something evil?
  • In primitive society, there wasn’t any morals or ethics exist, so where does good come from? And where does evil?

In the time of searching, I have come across different views on this.

These concepts though do not completely answer the questions, but they give some sort of insights of how good has been good and how evil has been evil.

From philosophy perspective, how we define a man’s action/doing right/good or wrong/evil can go three separate paths, as in above: Consequentialism, Deontology and Virtue Ethics. ...READ MORE
